Statement

Growing up, I spent most of my time in the garage restoring vintage cars. I was surrounded by test pilots, astronauts, and race car drivers - all fueling my imagination and curiosity. I've been endlessly inspired by humanity's desire to push limits.

I'm a thinker and a visionary. I find my inspiration in the research. After I've learned everything I possibly can about a subject, I find patterns and opportunities for design. There is a story behind everything and discovering that story is my specialty.

As a millennial I'm fascinated by how the digital world affects the physical world. How will design evolve as the digital revolution continues to disrupt the status quo?

I believe the spark of innovation in the digital age is only half of the equation. The other half can be found in the physical: the products we make, the machines we use, and respect for the rich history of everything.

As a designer living in the future, I am inspired by the past.
