Statement

I have restless hands. Since I was a child, get me anywhere near a old receipt or stray post-it note and I will fold it in into a pleated landscape or paper box. My instinct is to take the everyday and transform it into something more meaningful. In my design, I am also driven by a desire to find purpose and beauty in the everyday. Everything deserves consideration, from the sublime to the mundane. Whether it’s in working for large corporations like Nike and Rubbermaid, with humanitarian organizations in Peru and India, or with MBAs at INSEAD, I look for opportunities where design can make the greatest impact. And like my busy hands, I am constantly searching for ways, to elevate the world around me.
