Statement

Hi, my name is Alan Lee.
Born in Taiwan, through high school in the States, I have always loved to try new things. Drawing, swimming, basketball, school band, you name it. I was open to everything. My creative and logical way of thinking and being brought me to the University of the Arts in Philadelphia where I have a previous degree in Industrial Design. Craving a more practical approach to design, not just theory, I came to ArtCenter, hungry to learn more.

I love using a scientific approach in order to discover creative solutions. Deep research allows me to discover the ‘why?’. Analyzing trends and conducting field research helps me connect the dots. These insights allow me to put together a holistic experience, from the concept to the branding on both physical and digital platforms. I am not afraid to try something new.
