Mario Rosado

Statement

Hello! My name is Mario Rosado. I was a local kid that was knee deep in the arts, involved with Plaza de la Raza, an art collective for kids in Los Angeles. With all the training in illustration, painting, graphic design and photography, I wanted to be a firefighter. I had yet to discover that design would be the way I could help people.

I see how considerate design includes all people and needs to serve those with limited capacities, be it physical, financial or even environmental. I want my work to reflect life’s balance, the gradient of nature and a cool, modern aesthetic. I want to create dynamic solutions through a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach, in a space that respects culture, different perspectives and what we can all bring to the table.
