Statement

Hi, I’m Alissa Wang. Bouncing between the US and China as a kid, I learned how to immerse myself in new environments and cultures every few years. Art was my most constant mode of expression, combined with a curious mind for how products are designed, made, and used, industrial design came to me very naturally. As a designer, my work is infused with inspiration from life, and life can be messy. I want to find the solutions that are versatile, a balance of creativity and tech, the conceptual and practical. I love the process, sketching, 3D modeling, testing, prototyping; every detail from start to finish. I want to discover the sweet spots, the unique and refreshing solutions that work in the real world.
