Statement

Hi, nice to meet you, I’m Kristy Chi. I was born and raised in Taiwan and moved to LA when I was 14. During high school, I was diagnosed with moderate hearing loss and realized for years I had relied more heavily on my other senses. As a designer, I know how to read emotions and use my intuition to deeply understand a user’s needs. Focused observation and empathy allow me to connect research to thoughtful insights and create solutions that move into the future. Whether I’m designing a product or an experience, they must be deeply considered, useful and inspire all of the senses.
